Refunds & failed generations
What happens when a generation fails, and how refunds work in Horoptic.
If a job fails, the reserved hold is released automatically — you pay nothing. Credits that have already been spent on a successful job are prepaid and non-refundable, which is why the gate always shows the cost before you approve.
